A semi-private strength and conditioning facility designed is designed to overcome failed health and community initiatives by bringing together all socio-economic communities by delivering high-quality leadership through a multi-service ecosystem.
Focused on local professionals, athletes, and wellness-oriented members who want results from luxury services, experiences, and environments.
Core Offerings
- Semi-Private Coaching Subscriptions (primary):
- 3x/week: $1,200/mo
- 2x/week: $750/mo
- 1x/week: $500/mo
Small groups, high coach attention, custom programming. - Premium 1:1 Coaching: $250 per 50-minute session
- 20 sessions per week available per coach (team of 5 coaches offering sessions)
- Facility Membership: $159 month to month Includes group exercise classes + 24/7 access to strength floor, open mat, kettlebells, bands, warm-up/stretch area, and therapy table.
- 150 member cap
- Recovery & Testing Suite: Eucalyptus steam, dry sauna, hot/cold tubs, red light, hyperbaric (phased), DEXA, VO2 max, RMR, blood panel coordination.
- Leased Professional Spaces: Acupuncture, assisted stretch, and massage rooms leased to local practitioners (structured for sustainable volume, not burnout).
- Local-Only Ecosystem: Coffee/smoothie operator lease, meal-prep fridge with local brands, small retail for local supplements and apparel.
- Additional: 2–3 golf simulators with outdoor seating for parties and social, or work gatherings.
